You tell us what is happening
A short enquiry is enough to begin. You do not need to have everything figured out or every document organized before reaching out. Tell us what you are trying to achieve, where the matter stands and what feels uncertain.

We assess it honestly in a consultation
You meet with a regulated professional who examines your circumstances, identifies the pathways genuinely available and explains the risks that matter. Sometimes the right advice is to proceed. Sometimes it is to wait, correct an issue first or reconsider the proposed route. You should leave with greater clarity, not a sales pitch.

We agree on scope and fees in writing
If you decide to proceed, you receive a written service agreement explaining what we will do, the professional fees and the anticipated disbursements. Clear scope protects both the client and the professional, and it is how accountable representation should begin.

We prepare the work carefully
We review documents thoroughly, prepare submissions with attention to the reasons behind each requirement and refine the file until it is ready to proceed. Complexity, a prior refusal or an unusual history is a reason for closer analysis, not a reason to apply a template.

We stay engaged through submission and after
We file or support the agreed work, explain what happens next, keep the matter organized and respond to new issues within the scope of the engagement. You are told how updates will be delivered and who is responsible for the work.

A consultation is a working session, not a sales call.
The regulated professional reviews your history and relevant documents, gives a candid assessment, identifies realistic pathways, discusses material risks and timelines, and leaves you with clear next steps. You should walk away with greater clarity either way.
Consultation fees and credit
Consultations are available for 30 minutes at $150 plus applicable taxes or 60 minutes at $250 plus applicable taxes. If you retain Immigrate Now for a quoted service within seven days, the full pre-tax consultation fee is credited toward that service.

- How do I verify that my consultant is properly regulated?
- Every Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is listed in the public register maintained by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Search either RCIC's licence number on the CICC public register to confirm the licence status. Karan Pratap Singh, CEO, is RCIC R532175. Awal Takkar, President, is RCIC R531017. - Will you tell me if my proposed pathway is not realistic?
- Yes. Part of the value of a consultation is a candid read on whether the route you have in mind fits your facts. If a different pathway is stronger, or if it is wiser to wait or correct an issue first, we say so. Case-specific advice requires a review of your circumstances in a consultation.
- How are professional fees and other costs explained?
- If you decide to retain us, you receive a written service agreement setting out the professional fees and anticipated disbursements for the specific scope of work. Government fees, translations, medicals and third-party costs are additional and disclosed as they apply. You will not be asked to commit before the fees for your matter are in writing.
- What will I receive from a paid consultation?
- A working session with a regulated professional who reviews your situation and relevant documents, provides an honest assessment, identifies the realistic pathways available, discusses the risks and timelines that matter, and gives you clear next steps. You should leave with greater clarity, whether the outcome is to proceed with us, prepare first or take a different route.
- Who develops and oversees the strategy for my file?
- The strategy for your matter is developed and overseen by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. Trained team members and structured systems support document collection, preparation, review and communication under that senior direction. We do not suggest that one person performs every administrative task alone.
- How will I receive updates after my application is submitted?
- At the outset we explain how updates will be delivered, who is responsible for the file and how to reach us with new information. Government processing times and case-specific developments are outside our control, and we do not offer guarantees about them. We keep the matter organized and respond to material developments within the agreed scope.
- Can you assist with a prior refusal or a complicated immigration history?
- Yes. A refusal, a period of non-compliance or an unusual history is a reason for closer analysis, not a reason to apply a template. A consultation lets us review the record, discuss what may have driven the earlier outcome and identify what is realistic next.
- Can you represent me if I live outside Canada?
- Yes. Immigrate Now serves clients in Canada and around the world. Consultations run online across time zones, and Canadian appointments are available at our offices by appointment.
- What if English is not my first language?
- We work in clear, plain-language English. If you would prefer to have a trusted family member, colleague or interpreter join the consultation to support communication, let us know when you book so the session can be arranged accordingly.
