She has studied Immigration: Laws, Policies & Procedures from the University of British Columbia and the Grad. Dip in NZ Immigration Advice from Toi-Ohomai, New Zealand and is one of the few consultants in the World to be licensed to represent Clients for both Canadian Immigration Law as well as New Zealand Immigration Law.

As an Immigrant herself, she understands that so much emotion is involved during the process and she is extremely passionate about her work and works very closely with her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.

Awal’s core areas of practice under Canadian Immigration are – Permanent Residency applications, Citizenship, TRVs, Restoration, Study Permits, LMIA and LMIA-Exempt Work Permits, PFL (Procedural Fairness Letter) Responses, ESDC representations, PNPs etc.

Awal's engineering background and business background, gives her the ability to continually streamline and optimize our processes which give us an edge, as her thought process when designing these is always centred on client success.

Awal is also licensed by the Province of Saskatchewan under their Foreign Worker and Recruitment Services Act allowing her to provide consulting services to foreign nationals coming into Saskatchewan. She is also a Commissioner of Taking Affidavits in BC.

In her free time, you may find her working on construction projects like building an elaborate race car track from scratch in pursuit to appease her 4-year-old son.

Awal speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi and understands Urdu.
